I was expecting a long long wait for my order to arrive if at all and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just over a week later. The product was well packaged, complete and undamaged. It is currently powering my Tablet and I have no issues with it. My experience with BatteryUpgrade has been 100% positive and I will definitely order from them again.
