 | If you have a problem with a battery you have bought with us, please contact us first. We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by means of our helpdesk support, we will generate an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for you. We advise to return your battery in a firm (bubble)envelope. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the envelope and is written on a paper inside the envelope. By means of your RMA number we are able to identify the battery as it arrives at us. If inspection concludes that the returned battery is defective, a new battery will be shipped out without extra charge. |
